Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Get Powered USA. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Method

Get Powered USA utilizes a third-party logistics and import/export provider to ship all orders to the designated location provided by the customer.

For Puerto Rico orders, all products are shipped via freight to the designated port in San Juan area.

3. Delivery & Customer Pickup in Puerto Rico

This is a port pickup delivery model.

Once the shipment arrives in San Juan:

- The customer will be contacted with pickup instructions.

- Pickup location details and required documentation will be provided.  

- The customer (or their designated representative) is responsible for picking up the order at the port.

4. Transfer of Responsibility

Once the shipment has been delivered to the designated port in San Juan and pickup instructions have been provided:

- Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer  

- Get Powered USA is no longer responsible for storage, delays in pickup, or missed retrievals  

- Any fees incurred at the port (including storage or demurrage fees) are the responsibility of the customer

5. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times may vary based on:

- Freight schedules  

- Carrier availability  

- Weather conditions  

- Port operations and customs processing  

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and communicated at the time of purchase or quotation.

7. Delays and Liability

Get Powered USA is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Third-party logistics providers  

- Port authorities  

- Customs processing  

- Weather or unforeseen circumstances

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

- You must report the issue at the time of pickup or immediately upon receipt  

- Documentation (photos and written notice) may be required.

Claims related to shipping damage may be subject to the policies of the third-party carrier.

-We will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible.

9. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree to:

- Provide accurate contact information  

- Be available for communication regarding shipment arrival  

- Pick up your order in a timely manner once notified
